From Bluey episodes on Disney+ to the brand-new Bluey’s Wild World at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, we’ve been seeing a lot of the popular Blue Heeler family. Well, get ready to see even MORE of them!

First look at ‘The Bluey Movie’

Since the announcement of Bluey: The Movie and then the announcement of its release date of August 6th, 2027, we’ve been waiting for details on the movie. That time has finally come, and Disney has shared a sneak peek at the movie.

In the sneak peek, we see Bluey and Bandit playing a game of keepy uppy. During the sneak peek, big balloons were also sent onto the floor, and guests played their own game of keepy uppy!

BBC Studios and Walt Disney Studios, in partnership with Ludo Studio, are bringing Bluey to the big screen! What started off as a cute kids’ show has become a global sensation over the years. The movie is being written and directed by Joe Brumm, Bluey’s creator, and produced by Ludo Studio in collaboration with BBC Studios.

The movie will be produced by Amber Naismith and co-directed by Richard Jeffery (Bluey, Seasons 1-3). Brumm will also serve as executive producer, alongside Justine Flynn for BBC Studios, Charlie Aspinwall, and Daley Pearson from Ludo Studio. The project will also be overseen by David Greenbaum, president of Disney Live Action and 20th Century Studios, and his team.

It’s Bluey and Bingo!

You can’t have a Bluey movie without Bluey’s original voice actors, who will be returning for the movie! That includes Melanie Zanetti (Mum/Chilli) and David McCormack (Dad/Bandit).
