Brisket Egg Rolls and Banana Bread Cocktails? NEW Menu Items Drop in Disney Springs

When we’re at Disney Springs, we love grabbing a bite to eat at City Works Eatery & Pour House. Nothing beats burgers and fries with more than 80 craft beers from around the world on tap!

We’re always coming back for their Chef Selects menu, a rotating limited-time selection of two drinks and two food items. City Works just released the new Chef Selects items for this fall, and we’re RUNNING to Disney Springs to try them!

To eat, you can grab the French Onion Flatbread for $20.95. This is a flatbread topped with French onion-style onions, gruyere cheese, mozzarella, truffled mushrooms, and green onions.

Or you can get the Smoked Brisket Reuben Egg Rolls for $16.95. These are smoked brisket, bacon-braised sauerkraut, and gruyere cheese inside a wonton wrapper, served with spicy cider ale mustard aioli and smoky chipotle thousand island.

And to wash it all down, City Works added two new cocktails to its Chef Selects menu. The Harvest Highball is made with Lunazul Reposado, apple juice, agave syrup, lime juice, cinnamon, and Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit. Or you can get the Chocolate Banana Bread Old Fashioned, a sweet mix of Elijah Craig Small Batch, Giffard Banane du Bresil, demerara syrup, and chocolate bitters.
