A major new menu addition at EPCOT is changing how we approach drinking around the world!
One of the world’s most exclusive alcohols, which used to be quite hard to find in the United States, is now available in the World Showcase!
Italy’s Tutto Gusto is already one of our favorite spots in World Showcase, and now they have a Sarti Spritz! The $18 drink is made with Sarti Rosa Aperitivo, Prosecco, and sparkling water.
Why is this a big deal? Because Sarti Rosa – – a fruit-forward Italian aperitif known for its striking pink color and citrus-tropical flavor – – has previously been tough to track down in the U.S. That scarcity, plus its brunch-friendly presentation and cocktail-friendly flavor profile, has led it to become a viral trend and, in turn, an aspirational cocktail for many.
So, that out of the way, how was the Sarti Spritz? It’s really enjoyable, especially for those who don’t particularly enjoy the taste of alcohol and prefer their drinks nice and fruity (GUILTY). Flavor-wise, it was dominated by blood orange, mango, and passionfruit flavors. Meanwhile, the prosecco and sparkling water did give it a fizzy texture, but it wasn’t overly bubbly to the point of being overboard. A word of warning, though: The combination of the fruity/citrus-flavor and the lack of strong taste of alcohol makes the drink very easy to drink, so be careful, as it may be a bit easy to over-imbibe.

We do this because it’s important to us as journalists to ensure not only that we give you unbiased opinions, but also that you can trust us to do so since we’re paying our own way. On rare occasions, when we are invited by a company to attend a preview as media, and when we choose to accept that invitation, we will always make you, our readers, aware of that situation. Today, we were invited by Disney World to attend their media preview of the latest offerings in Italy. Note that when we attend events as media we are 1) Not required to review that event/food on any of our channels, and 2) Not required to review that event/food favorably. You can always count on DFB to give you a 100% unbiased and honest review of any event that we attend, food that we eat, or beverage that we drink. You can see more in our Disclosure Policy.
