Disney is all about changing things up right now, and that’s evident with all the construction that’s happening just about everywhere, including in Magic Kingdom. In fact, Magic Kingdom might be the theme park that’s changing the most. The park is not only getting a Frontierland Cars-themed expansion, but also a new land, Villains Land.
But a Magic Kingdom restaurant is changing up its game soon, too. Diamond Horseshoe will soon become a sort of pop-up restaurant with a brand new menu, and now we have a first look at that full menu!
The Diamond Horseshoe is currently the location of Jessie’s Roundup, a Toy Story-themed experience that’s part of Cool KIDS SUMMER. However, when Cool KIDS SUMMER ends on September 8th, at which time Diamond Horseshoe will close and reopen on October 4th with a limited-time pop-up dining experience.
That dining experience will feature a Wild West-inspired menu of small bites and drinks. So let’s take a look at the full menu.

I AM SO, SO SORRY THAT DIMOND HORSE SHOE CHANGED THEIR MENUE. I DID NOT SEE ANYTHING THAT I WOULD REMOTELY ORDER ON THEIR NEW MENUE. I LOVED GOING THERE EVERY YEAR BECAUSE IT WAS VERY HOMEY AND NOT WAS CROWED AS THE LIBERY TRAVEN.
Finally, looks like a decent meal in Magic Kingdom!!
Hard to find normal food around there anymore, hope they don’t screw up crocketts tavern menu with the new resort at their back door.
Too exotic for families, and of course booze. What does there have to be hard liquor mixed drinks for a lunch or afternoon snack. Disney. Is hooked on selling booze at every corner and more. Sticky ribs are messy and not great for kids. A traditional western fare of hot dogs, sausage and other treats that would be more in tune with Jessie and gang. Come on Disney, you can do better than this, and serve root beer and sarsaparilla or red cream soda.
And what’s up with pickled onions , hot peppers, chilies on everything. Canada’s food is the best …meat, potatoes, soup everything a normal guy would eat, seems as if 1 chef has tooo much in put..
Who has the best burger in disney world? Geyser point has a good buffalo burger. And rainforest has a good one also.but the disney burger needs some love ,same where ever its sold.if you didn’t know already Crocketts tavern has THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN!
