If you’ll be visiting Disney World in August, you are in for a real treat because so many AWESOME things happen during that month. Yeah, it will probably still be hot and humid, but at least you can start enjoying a fall vibe with Halloween decorations, fall and Halloween food and drinks, and the first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Parties.
So, what all is going on in Disney World in August? Well, we’ve got a FULL list of all the major changes coming in August…and it’s a LOT. Let’s take a look!
Halloween and Fall Decor
Get ready because Magic Kingdom is about to turn into a fall and Halloween wonderland, complete with orange and gold colors, Mickey pumpkin wreaths, loads of pumpkins, and so much more. You won’t just see Halloween decor on Main Street, U.S.A., though. Last year, the decor expanded to other lands in the parks, like Fantasyland!
The decor usually goes up before the first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, so you should be able to see it well before the first party on August 7th.

- Magic Kingdom: Wednesday, August 12th and 19th from 10 PM to 12 AM
