As someone who normally stays on Disney property, I am Team Disney on this one. We do pay a premium to stay on property and there should be some controls over people that come to just visit and enjoy the visual amenities like the fireworks at the Polynesian. The guest visiting flow that occurs between those staying at Disney hotels by itself is enough. The thousands that stay off-site? No way, it is just not fair to those staying and paying the premium at the desirable resorts to have it over run turning what should be a lovely experience into chaos.
