There might be nothing more fun than eating around EPCOT for the Flower and Garden Festival. From gorgeous dishes with flowers, bright flavors, and so, so, SO many to try, we could spend days trying everything (well, I mean, we do!).
Something fun for the festival is the Garden Graze, where you can try different dishes around EPCOT, and when you do, you get a special stamp, and when you collect them all, you get a FREE PRIZE! Ready to see what’s happening for 2026?
Here’s a look at this year’s menu! You don’t have to try one of each dish, but you can get five stamps for the same dish if you’re in love with it. There are 8 plant-based options this year.
